How does the handover from the airline work?

For assisted passengers, the airline's special-assistance or ambulift team brings the patient off the aircraft. We coordinate in advance so our crew and vehicle are waiting at the agreed handover point, and the patient moves straight from airline care into ours without waiting around.

Which airports do you cover?
