Can you take a patient to any hospital in the UAE?

Yes. You choose the destination — any government or private hospital, clinic or specialist centre in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain or Al Ain. We also handle cross-emirate admissions.

What medical support is on board?

A licensed paramedic at minimum, with oxygen, suction, cardiac monitoring and emergency medication on every vehicle. Nurses or doctors join the crew when the patient's condition requires a higher level of care.

Can you carry the patient down from an apartment?

Yes — our crews bring stretchers and carry chairs into villas, apartments and towers, manage stairs and lifts safely, and secure the patient before departure. Tell dispatch about access constraints (no lift, narrow stairs) so we send the right equipment.

How much does a home to hospital ambulance cost?
