Going home after a hospital stay should feel like a relief, not a logistics problem. EMRS provides licensed hospital-to-home ambulance transfers across the UAE — we collect the patient from their ward, manage every step of the journey, and settle them safely into their own bed. Available 24/7 in all seven emirates.
Wherever you need us — care delivered to homes, hotels, offices, gyms and events across the entire UAE.
We collect from the ward and hand over at the patient's own bed — including stairs, lifts and narrow corridors.
Our dispatch team liaises with nurses and case managers so discharge paperwork and timing line up perfectly.
A licensed paramedic or nurse monitors the patient throughout; oxygen and medication continue uninterrupted.
Scheduled discharges are collected exactly on time; same-day requests dispatch within 30–60 minutes.
Wheelchair van, stretcher ambulance or full ICU ambulance — matched to the patient's mobility and condition.
The same team can arrange home nursing, physiotherapy and doctor visits so recovery continues seamlessly.
Share the hospital, ward, discharge time and home address — plus any equipment the patient needs.
We confirm timing with ward staff and send a fixed quote for the right vehicle and crew.
The crew arrives at the bedside, receives the clinical handover and secures the patient comfortably.
Door-to-bed drop-off, equipment set up, and full documentation left with the family.
This service is for any patient who cannot safely travel home by car after discharge: post-surgical patients who must stay lying down, elderly patients with limited mobility, stroke and orthopaedic patients, people on oxygen or IV therapy, and anyone discharged with drains, catheters or wound-care needs. Families use it after planned operations, long inpatient stays, ICU step-downs and maternity discharges — anywhere a normal taxi simply isn't safe or dignified.
Every hospital-to-home transfer is staffed by a licensed paramedic as a minimum, with nurses or doctors added for higher-acuity patients. Vehicles carry oxygen, suction, cardiac monitoring, and infusion equipment, so treatment started in hospital continues without interruption. For ventilated or critical patients we deploy a full ICU ambulance with a critical-care nurse. The crew receives a clinical handover from the ward before departure and documents the journey for the family and the insurer.
Whether the discharge is from a hospital in Dubai Healthcare City, a clinic in Abu Dhabi, or a facility in the Northern Emirates, the same licensed team handles it — including cross-emirate journeys home.
EMRS operates across the entire United Arab Emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain — including Al Ain and every city, suburb and free zone in between. One dispatch number covers the whole country, 24 hours a day.
Our licensed team is available 24/7 across all seven emirates.
