Moving a patient between hospitals takes more than a vehicle — it takes clinical coordination at both ends. EMRS runs licensed hospital-to-hospital transfers across the UAE, from routine ward moves to ventilated ICU transfers, with bed-to-bed handover, complete documentation and crews matched to the patient's acuity. Available 24/7 in every emirate.
Wherever you need us — care delivered to homes, hotels, offices, gyms and events across the entire UAE.
We work with the sending ward and the receiving admissions team so the transfer happens smoothly.
Paramedic, nurse or doctor-led crews depending on the patient's condition and the referring physician's orders.
Transport ventilators, syringe drivers and full monitoring for critical inter-facility moves.
Medical records, imaging and medication travel with the patient; handover is signed and documented.
Urgent transfers roll within the hour of bed confirmation; planned moves run exactly to schedule.
Government, private and specialist hospitals in all seven emirates, including cross-emirate moves.
Patient condition, sending hospital and ward, receiving facility and any physician requirements.
Bed confirmation, discharge timing and clinical handover arranged with both hospitals.
The crew receives the handover at the ward and moves the patient with all records and medication.
Direct handover to the receiving team, with the journey and vitals documented throughout.
Families usually arrange these transfers at short notice, under pressure, and while dealing with two sets of hospital administration. Our dispatch team takes that load: we speak to the case managers, confirm the receiving bed, time the ambulance to the discharge, and keep you informed at every step.
Every transfer carries a licensed paramedic as a minimum, with oxygen, suction, monitoring and emergency medication on board. Higher-acuity patients travel with registered nurses; ventilated and critical patients move in a dedicated ICU ambulance with an intensive-care nurse and, where required, a physician. The level of care is agreed with the referring doctor before departure so there is no gap in treatment between the two hospitals.
We transfer patients between facilities within the same city and across the country — Dubai to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah to Dubai, Al Ain to Abu Dhabi, the Northern Emirates to anywhere — with one team managing the whole journey.
EMRS operates across the entire United Arab Emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain — including Al Ain and every city, suburb and free zone in between. One dispatch number covers the whole country, 24 hours a day.
Our licensed team is available 24/7 across all seven emirates.
